Under the medical direction of double board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Troy Austin, MD, our licensed team offers Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Kybella, PRP, laser hair removal, Morpheus8, SkinPen microneedling, facials, chemical peels and massage therapy at 225 Cooper Court, just off River Watch Parkway.

Clients visit from Augusta, Evans, Martinez, Grovetown and Columbia County, and from North Augusta and Aiken across the river in South Carolina. Because we share a building with a plastic surgery practice, your plan can grow with you, from a first Botox appointment to a surgical consultation, without starting over with someone new.

Dr. Troy Austin, MD, is the medical director of 7 Seas Medical Spa. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, completed his plastic surgery fellowship at the Medical College of Georgia, and sets the protocols, product standards and safety practices our team follows every day.

Your treatments are performed by licensed professionals working under the medical director’s oversight. Divya Gopal, PA-C, our physician assistant and cosmetic injector, performs Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Morpheus8, and other advanced treatments. Morgan Havard, a licensed esthetician and laser practitioner since 2021, provides facials, peels, laser hair removal, and other aesthetic treatments within her scope of practice. Shelby Ginn, our Aesthetics Manager, has been with Southeastern and 7 Seas for more than 10 years and oversees the day-to-day spa experience and operations.

Augusta summers bring long stretches of strong sun and thick humidity, and spring brings a heavy coat of pine and oak pollen. Both show up on skin as sun spots, uneven tone, clogged pores and irritation, so our providers plan around the calendar, not just your concerns.

Fall and winter are the ideal window for laser hair removal in Augusta and resurfacing treatments like Morpheus8 skin resurfacing, when you are spending less time in the sun. Before a big event, like a spring wedding or Masters week in April, we typically suggest booking Botox in Augusta about two weeks ahead so results have time to settle. Injectable treatments are performed by Divya Gopal, PA-C, our physician assistant and cosmetic injector, working under Dr. Troy Austin’s medical direction. Facials, peels and laser treatments are performed by our licensed aestheticians.

Pricing depends on the treatment and how much product or how many sessions your plan needs, so we confirm your cost during your complimentary consultation. Seas Club members pay $399 a year for a complimentary facial and preferred pricing on injectables and skincare. Monthly payment plans are available through third-party platforms such as Alle, Cherry, or CareCredit.

Yes. A complimentary consultation is recommended for most treatments so we can review your goals, health history, and the best options for you. For many services, including Botox, facials, and massage, treatment can often be performed the same day as your consultation when appropriate.
