Palm Beach Plastic Surgeon and Augusta native, Dr. Troy Austin, has returned to the Augusta, GA area to open his office, Southeastern Aesthetic Surgery.
After years of honing his skills in private practice in the “cosmetic surgery Mecca” of Palm Beach, Florida Dr. Austin opened his own practice in 2011 in the heart of Evans, Georgia. The rapid growth of his thriving practice has since allowed him to build a state-of-the-art plastic surgery center in a more centralized location on Riverwatch Parkway.
A double Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Austin has achieved acclaim for both his superior technical skills and his caring, amiable bedside manner. He is pleased to offer a broad spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures to the Augusta and surrounding areas.
Dr. Austin has extensive surgical expertise of breast, body, and face procedures with a special focus on breast enhancement, body contouring after weight loss and the “mommy makeover” – a surgical restoration of breasts and tummy specific to each patient’s needs and designed to return women to their pre-baby shape.
Furthermore, Dr. Austin specializes in advanced, minimally invasive techniques utilizing the best technology available, such as InMode’s FaceTite/BodyTite/Morpheus and Quantum for contouring of the face and body with skin tightening and little downtime, Alma’s Hybrid CO2 laser resurfacing for maximum results with minimal downtime, and vaginal rejuvenation to correct excess tissue and improve contours and symmetry.

Prior to completing his fellowship training in Plastic Surgery from The Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Austin completed a general surgery residency at The Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, LA. In addition, Dr. Austin has degrees from The University of Georgia and Mercer Medical School.
He is Board Certified by both The American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and The American Board of Surgery (ABS) and is a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Georgia Society of Plastic Surgeons.
