An arm lift involves a discreet incision along the inner upper arm. Excess fat is removed, and excess skin is removed and tightened to achieve a more defined contour. The surgery typically takes 1–3 hours and may be combined with liposuction for enhanced results.
While the procedure leaves a faint hairline scar along the inner arm, it is discreet and fades over time. Most patients find the scar becomes nearly invisible as it heals.
You’ll wear a compressive sleeve for about four weeks to minimize swelling and support healing. Most patients resume light activities within a few days, with more strenuous activities gradually returning after four weeks.
