AccuTite in Augusta, GA
WHAT IS ACCUTITE?
AccuTite is a minimally-invasive face and body contouring treatment powered by the BodyTite system. BodyTite uses radiofrequency (RF) energy to assist with skin tightening and liposuction treatments. This combination is known as radiofrequency-assisted liposuction (RFAL). RFAL is becoming the preferred liposuction technology because it can be performed with local anesthesia, and it offers similar results to traditional liposuction but with less scarring and downtime. AccuTite is a treatment specialized for small, delicate areas of the body, such as the forehead, eyebrows, cheeks, jowls and the areas around the eyes.
HOW MUCH DO ACCUTITE TREATMENTS COST?
The cost of your AccuTite treatment will depend on several factors. At your consultation, Dr. Austin, Dr. Isakson will listen to your concerns and create a personalized treatment plan. From here, our experienced staff will be able to provide you with an estimated cost of your treatment. To ensure that patients are able to afford treatment, we provide several financing options, including CareCredit® and PatientFi - Click here to apply.
HOW DOES ACCUTITE WORK?
AccuTite works using RFAL technology delivered through a handheld device. The AccuTite device has two components. First is a probe-like device in the shape of a needle. This component is placed beneath the skin’s surface, where it emits RF energy to heat tissue and melt fat cells. The second is an RF emitter, which is placed on top of the skin’s surface where it emits RF energy to the outer layers of skin tissue. Combined, the AccuTite system can heat many layers of the skin to trigger skin tightening and collagen production while also targeting fat cells for liposuction techniques.
WHAT ARE THE ACCUTITE BENEFITS?
The primary benefit of AccuTite is that it can deliver dramatic contouring results for areas that are typically too delicate for traditional surgical techniques. Additional benefits include:
- Eliminate stubborn fat
- Tighten skin, reduce wrinkles and lines
- Limited downtime
- No visible scarring
WHAT IS THE ACCUTITE TREATMENT LIKE?
AccuTite treatments are performed with the aid of local anesthesia. You will remain awake for the treatment, but the treatment area will be numbed to ensure your comfort throughout the treatment. Then, the AccuTite device will be used to deliver RF energy to the treatment areas and remove unwanted fat as needed. This is done by inserting a needle-like probe beneath the skin, while the other part of the device will emit RF energy from above the skin’s surface. The device will be maneuvered beneath the skin to target the necessary areas and produce the desired results.
IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME AFTER ACCUTITE TREATMENTS?
AccuTite requires very little downtime compared to traditional facial contouring procedures. Generally, patients are able to return to their normal activities immediately after treatment. However, you can expect some swelling and bruising that will last for a few days, so you may choose to take some time away from social events while the skin heals.
WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT FROM ACCUTITE?
While you will notice some initial improvements in the skin immediately after AccuTite, the final results will become fully visible in 3 to 6 months after your AccuTite treatment. These results are clinically proven to last up to 5 years or longer.
